About the space
Our facility is available for churches and individuals hosting worship services, weddings, homegoing services, repasses, Christian events, and community gatherings. All events must align with the church's sacred mission and values. Rental applications must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.
Rental Rates
Priced per hour.
Security deposit: ½ of total rental cost

Equipment Includes
Sound system (microphones, speakers, mixer), televisions, and musical instruments (keyboard, drums, when approved). Space-only rentals include seating, tables, podium, and lighting if applicable.
Additional Services
- Custodial Assistance - $75 per event
- Streaming Platform - $75 flat fee (covers up to 2 hours)
- Tripods - $50 flat fee
Guidelines
What to know before you book.
Permitted
- Food & beverages in designated areas
- Approved non-damaging decorations
- Supervised children at all times
- Standard tables, chairs, and podium
Strictly Prohibited
- Alcohol, drugs, and smoking
- Open flames or freestanding candles
- Confetti, glitter, rice, or birdseed
- Adhesives on walls, pews, or ceilings
- Secular/party music and dancing
Insurance Requirement
Events with 50+ attendees or outside vendors require a certificate of liability insurance naming TNGC as additional insured (minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence), submitted at least two weeks before the event.
Application Process
Applications are reviewed in the order received. TNGC ministry activities take priority over all rentals. Submit your request at least 30 days before your event date.
